Loft 1023 is an exciting new event venue located in the West Seventh Street Historic District of downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, which has been nominated to the National Register of Historic Places, with local significance.   With approximately 4900 square feet, it is perfect for events from 18 to 198 people. The urban venue with a vintage feel with its classic exposed brick walks and wood beams, is a charming gem.  Loft 1023 is housed on the second floor of what was once the historic building built in 1918 for the Holt Furniture Company and many of its original vestiges can still be seen in its small arched windows and in the original storefront configuration that maintains its wood-framed transom windows, plate-glass storefront windows, and fluted cast iron columns. Loft 1023 is over what is now the new location of one of the oldest restaurants of Little Rock, The Box, which was first opened in 1948 as The Band Box and still serves lunch Monday through Friday.

The classic Wood Room offers the perfect place to hold a wedding ceremony with its crystal chandeliers and exposed wood beams with soft draping. With windows all around the room, it is a photographer’s perfect setting. The Urban Room is a bit less formal and has the restrooms which include a new large women’s restroom with large vanity area and plenty of room for the bride to get dressed. There is also a bar and small kitchen area with a large sink and counter space.

Loft 1023 has a special charm . You are free to make it the home of your dream event by choosing the caterer or your choice, and with the special packages allowing more time for decorating and preparing than is customary – you can have more time to relax and enjoy your special event.
